YOU HEREBY GRANT TO SUMMUS A LIMITED, NON-EXCLUSIVE, REVOCABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, WORLDWIDE LICENSE TO ACCESS YOUR IP, AND TO USE, REPRODUCE, DISTRIBUTE AND DISPLAY THE SAME AS NECESSARY FOR SUMMUS TO CARRY OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY SUMMUS USE OF YOUR IP THAT IS PERMITTED PURSUANT TO THE LIMITED LICENSE GRANTED TO YOU UNDER SECTION V., AND FOR MARKETING, ANALYTICS, SALES, OR OTHER SUCH PURPOSES BY SUMMUS AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION IV., WITHOUT RESTRICTION.
